About Myself
Originally from Maryland I have been a Virginia
resident since 1989. I started grooming at Everett
Veterinary Hospital in Everett Pennsylvania in 1988,
have been employed by Bobby’s Dog House in Williamsburg,
VA and had a successful pet grooming business at
Hopewell Animal Hospital for the past 16 years.
A recent change in management due to the death of Dr.
Stephen P. Maxwell inspired me to change my business to
a mobile pet grooming service, which incorporates pet
sitting and farm animal care. |
|
For the past 16 years I worked in all aspects
of the veterinary business and conducted my grooming
business as well. Being very people oriented, with
great social skills, and lots of patience with all pets,
I also offer a basic dog obedience training program to
my clients specializing in difficult or problem pets.
Our home is a 12 acre farm in Charles City County,
where my husband and I raise horses, goats and chickens,
and provide a home for a variety of dogs & cats rescued
from the hospital.
My husband Glen and I share the love of all animals,
especially horses and compete on them throughout the
year. We also enjoy hunting, fishing, trail riding,
archery and reading.
